Episode description: The head of the World Canadian Bureau leads the country into a long and painful strike and the responsibility of brokering a settlement rests with the boys.
I just saw this at the South Park Zone ^^ I liked all the internet references but what happened to Kenny?
Talk about this episode here

They seem to be using Butters and Kenny in interchangeable character slots based on what the episode needs to do. The List used a lot of Butters, as he provided the right kind of humor for the relatively serious tone of the episode, while last week used Kenny because of his erm...specialized tastes.
In short, I feel that they use Butters more when they want a naive, verbally-based, and tragic tone to the humor, usually to balance out a really serious or real-world parodied theme, while they use Kenny when they want a "mature" character whose mere presence and obvious mental difference from his peers generates the humor they need.

I liked this one, as I do most of the episodes that parody real-life events. It wasn't as blatantly hilarious as last week, but it wasn't as vulgar and had a better storyline.
Has anyone else noticed that the episodes this season seem to be either more rushed or limited in timeframe than past seasons?
